I’m Kara - a graphic designer, writer, Catholic, mother, and lifelong collector of ideas.

This site is where I write about the things that keep overlapping in my life: design, faith, health, creativity, books, media, and the small systems that help me make sense of the world.

I work in visual communication, especially print, web, layout, typography, and making complicated things feel clearer. I’m interested in the practical side of design - how color, type, structure, and accessibility shape the way people understand information.

I also write about narcolepsy, Catholic life, family, books, cats, culture, and the ordinary patterns that make up a human life.

This site is not a personal brand machine or a productivity shrine.

It’s more like a well-lit desk with coffee nearby - a place to gather notes, reflections, resources, and useful things.
