- Crawford from San Antonio, Texas
- Lacy from Indiana or Missouri
- Little from Illinois
- Wood from Cornell, Wisconsin
- Kilkus from USA or Lithuania
- Zukosky / Žukauskas from Hartshorne, Oklahoma
